- Iofina plc is a vertically integrated holding company focused on the exploration, production and extraction of iodine from brine streams in oil and gas operations and the manufacture of specialty halogen-based chemical derivatives; it identifies, develops, builds, owns and operates iodine extraction plants using its proprietary WET IOsorb technology across multiple facilities, primarily in Oklahoma, with iodine production vertically integrated into derivatives produced at its Kentucky facility.
