ISS A/S is a global workplace experience and facility management company founded in 1901 and headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark. The company provides a comprehensive suite of integrated services including cleaning, security, technical services, catering, property services, and workplace support across Europe, Asia, North America, Latin America and the Pacific. Key product offerings encompass facility management, cleaning services, food and catering solutions, security services, energy management, technical maintenance, and support services for workplaces. Additionally, ISS divested parts of its pest control business in multiple European and Oceania countries to Anticimex and established a strategic partnership for pest control services in these markets. In 2025, ISS also secured multiple large key account contracts, signed a significant integrated facility services contract covering 12 countries in Northern and Central Europe, and launched a new share buyback program to drive shareholder value. The company focuses on growth through expanding commercial pipelines, contract renewals, and enhancing its integrated facility management services.
