Jeudan A/S is Denmark's largest listed real estate and service company, focused on the acquisition, development, management, and rental of commercial and residential properties primarily in the Copenhagen metropolitan area. Founded in 1898 and headquartered at Bredgade 30 in Copenhagen, the company operates through two main segments: Investment Properties, encompassing office, residential, retail, and warehouse spaces including shopping centers and over 200 properties totaling approximately 1 million sqm with investments exceeding DKK 37 billion; and Project & Service, delivering property-related services such as electrical installation, technical facility management, maintenance of green areas, consulting, sewer work, plumbing, design and interior, craftsman services, bistro and canteen operations, cleaning, conference rooms, plant service, and car parking, primarily via subsidiary Jeudan Servicepartner A/S. It serves diverse business and resident clients through over 10 wholly owned subsidiaries, emphasizing historic and well-maintained buildings in prime locations with metro and S-train access. In late 2025, Jeudan acquired office properties at Dampfærgevej 26 and 28 (approximately 14,400 sqm, built 1997 and 2006) plus mixed-use property at Dronningens Tværgade 9 (2,800 sqm, built 1794) from PFA Pension for DKK 820 million, takeover effective December 1, strengthening its Søndre Frihavn and Frederiksstaden presence alongside earlier 2025 purchases of Sankt Annæ Plads 3 and Bredgade 73 for DKK 206 million.
