JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE: JPM) is a leading global financial services firm that provides a comprehensive range of banking, investment, and asset management products and services to consumers, businesses, institutions, and governments worldwide. Morgan & Co. and Chase Manhattan Corporation, JPMorgan Chase & Co. is headquartered at 270 Park Avenue in New York City and maintains operations in over 100 countries across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Latin America, and the Middle East. In recent developments, the company opened its new global headquarters at 270 Park Avenue in October 2025, a 2.5 million-square-foot facility designed for 10,000 employees and enhanced with smart technology infrastructure. It launched the $1.5 trillion Security and Resiliency Initiative in October 2025, a 10-year plan to finance and invest up to $10 billion in equity and venture capital in U.S. industries critical to national security, including supply chain stability, energy autonomy such as nuclear and battery storage, defense manufacturing like shipbuilding, and frontier technologies encompassing AI, cybersecurity, and quantum computing.
