Business
Kapa Gold Inc. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration and advancement of precious- and base-metal properties in North America. The Company’s principal asset is its 100%-owned Blackhawk Gold Project, comprising the historic, formerly producing Blackhawk underground gold mine and surrounding mineral claims in the Blackhawk Mining District near Lucerne Valley in San Bernardino County, southern California. Blackhawk includes patented lode and mill-site claims, contiguous U.S. Bureau of Land Management lode claims and associated water rights, and hosts multiple historic mineralized workings, including the Cliff, Lookout, Santa Fe, Round Mountain, Hilltop and Gulley areas. Kapa Gold’s exploration activities include geological mapping; rock and surface sampling; historic-data verification; airborne magnetic, induced-polarization, resistivity and VLF-EM geophysical surveying; environmental baseline and biological studies; permitting; drill-target generation; planned drilling; and assessment of potential underground-workings re-entry. The Company targets gold and silver mineralization, as well as copper, lead and zinc mineralization, and is evaluating the potential for a broader skarn-related mineralized system at Blackhawk. Its customers and stakeholders primarily comprise mineral-resource investors, prospective mining and development partners, contractors and local communities; it does not currently report commercial mining production. Kapa Gold was founded in 2018 and is headquartered at 1199 West Hastings Street, Suite 1400, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. In July 2026, the Company completed a non-brokered private placement of 18,578,665 units at CAD 0.15 per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately CAD 2.79 million; each unit comprised one common share and one transferable common-share purchase warrant exercisable at CAD 0.25 for 24 months. Kapa Gold intends to use the financing proceeds to fund its next drilling program at the wholly owned Blackhawk Gold Project and for general working capital. The Company previously disclosed a strategic partnership with MFD Investment Holdings to support Blackhawk’s exploration and development through funding and technical mining expertise.
