Business
Cadillac Ventures Inc. is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties containing gold, tungsten, molybdenum, copper, nickel, and other base and precious metals. The company holds interests in the Burnt Hill tungsten-molybdenum project located near Fredericton in New Brunswick; the Thierry Mine property, a polymetallic copper-nickel-PGE project covering approximately 4,700 hectares in north-western Ontario's Patricia Mining District; and certain other exploration-stage properties in Canada. Incorporated in 1995 and headquartered in Pickering, Ontario, Cadillac Ventures operates primarily within the mineral exploration segment targeting junior mining opportunities across Canadian jurisdictions. In recent developments, the company entered into an option agreement in October 2025 with Nexcel Metals Corp., enabling the optionee to earn up to a 58% interest in the Burnt Hill project through staged cash payments and share issuances; previously sold its Thierry Mine project to Braveheart Resources Inc. via a definitive share purchase agreement involving cash, shares, and a royalty; and completed an arrangement agreement acquiring KFG Resources Ltd. in 2021, incorporating oil reserves from KFG Petroleum Corporation in Mississippi into its portfolio.
