- Knorr-Bremse AG develops, manufactures and markets braking systems and other safety-critical subsystems for rail and commercial vehicles worldwide. In recent developments, Knorr-Bremse acquired the duagon Group in September 2025 for approximately EUR 500 million to enhance its rail electronics, software solutions and signaling business, expecting EBIT synergies of EUR 5-10 million by 2028. The company also completed the acquisition of TRAVIS Road Services International B.V. in October 2025, bolstering its digital aftermarket services for commercial vehicles via online booking platforms, following its majority stake in Cojali S.L. in 2022.
