Business
Korea Miracle People Co., Ltd. is a South Korea-based manufacturer and distributor specializing in eco-friendly household chemical cleaners, hygiene products, and cosmetics. Founded in 1995 and incorporated in 2014, the company is headquartered in Pocheon, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea, and is publicly traded on the Korea New Exchange under the ticker 331660. The company operates through two primary business divisions: Household Care & Chemical Cleaning and Cosmetics & Beauty. In its household care business, the company develops, manufactures, and markets cleaning and hygiene solutions under proprietary brand names, including Silvernano Step, Topstep, and Miracle. Its product portfolio comprises multi-purpose household cleaners; kitchen degreasers and dishwashing detergents; bathroom, tile, and mold removal solutions; liquid and concentrated capsule laundry detergents; fabric softeners; residential and commercial sanitizing agents; pet care hygiene supplies; and automotive surface care cleaners. In its cosmetics division, the company operates both original design manufacturing (ODM) services and proprietary brand lines under labels such as Lalaveur, Phyto Recipe, and Mirabloom. Its cosmetic offerings comprise facial sheet mask packs; moisturizing and brightening basic skincare serums, toners, and creams; facial cleansing foams; and body care preparations. Korea Miracle People Co., Ltd. serves consumer and commercial markets through television home shopping networks, e-commerce platforms, hypermarkets, and corporate OEM/ODM partnerships across South Korea and exports to more than 18 international markets, including the United States, China, Russia, and Southeast Asia. In recent operational and strategic developments, the company executed a major corporate reorganization by formally expanding its primary business scope to encompass cosmetics and skincare manufacturing alongside its legacy household chemical operations. To support its capital market transition and long-term expansion, the company appointed IBK Securities as its designated advisor to facilitate a transfer listing from the KONEX market to the KOSDAQ board. Additionally, the company upgraded its manufacturing facilities in the Pocheon Yongjeong Industrial Complex with smart factory automation and AI robotics, rolled out fourth-generation Silvernano Step product lines and capsule detergents, and initiated United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) product approvals for its mold remediation formulations to accelerate commercial expansion across North American retail and digital marketplaces.
