Business
Xplus Inc. is a South Korea-based technology and consumer lifestyle company specializing in the design, development, manufacture, and distribution of smart device accessories, intellectual property (IP) licensed consumer merchandise, and digital ordering software platforms. Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Seoul, South Korea, the company operates across the mobile peripherals, digital commerce, and lifestyle product sectors, serving original equipment manufacturers, corporate partners, retail enterprises, and individual consumers primarily in South Korea and Asian markets. The company's principal product and service offerings comprise mobile information technology accessories, including protective smartphone covers, wearable straps, tablet cases, wireless charging stations, earphone cases, and device docking stands; IP-licensed lifestyle products and branded merchandise produced under official partnerships and licensing agreements with global entertainment and consumer brands, such as The Walt Disney Company, Marvel, Kakao, National Geographic, Pringles, Chupa Chups, Joguman, and Tottenham Hotspur; contactless commercial platforms and hospitality point-of-sale software, including the Baro Order tablet-based ordering system, self-service mobile kiosks, and integrated payment solutions; electronic document and digital issuance management services; cosmetics and personal care items; and direct-to-consumer online distribution through its proprietary customized platform NEMAME. As an official partner in the Samsung Mobile Accessory Partnership Program (SMAPP), the company supplies customized mobile peripherals tailored for major device manufacturers. In recent strategic and operational developments, the company changed its corporate name from Haink Korea Co., Ltd. (and previously Haai Inc.) to Xplus Inc. in 2024 to reflect its strategic diversification into broader technology and consumer markets. To expand its commercial portfolio, the company acquired an equity stake in Egg Cosmetics Co., Ltd., marking its entry into the beauty and personal care market, while restructuring its digital solutions division following the integration of electronic document businesses. Additionally, Xplus Inc. has undertaken corporate financing and capital restructuring activities, including the issuance of private convertible bonds to refinance outstanding debt obligations and capital structure adjustments following shareholder transfers to private investment consortiums.
