Headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey, and tracing its operational history back to 1983 before establishing its dedicated polyurethane manufacturing entity in 2015, Kimpur operates domestic production plants in Gebze and Duzce, Turkey, as well as an international manufacturing and distribution subsidiary, SIA Kimpur Europe, located in Latvia. The company exports to more than 50 countries across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the CIS region. In recent operational developments, Kimpur has expanded its total annual production capacity to approximately 281,000 metric tons following the phased operational expansion of its Duzce facility, which included an 85,000-metric-ton capacity addition completed in cooperation with Ravago Petrokimya AS. In addition, Kimpur executed a strategic transaction to form an 80-percent-owned subsidiary in partnership with Kobe Polyurethane, integrating Kobe's manufacturing into Kimpur's industrial infrastructure to broaden its specialty product portfolio and achieve supply chain, R&D, and manufacturing synergies.
