In recent corporate developments, HEISCO has expanded its strategic footprint across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) with a core focus on Saudi Arabia, securing major vendor approvals with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, and the Saudi Electricity Company, while pursuing the strategic acquisition of Gulf Sky Factory in Saudi Arabia to augment local in-kingdom fabrication capacity. The company has also secured substantial project awards, including a KD 174.2 million EPC contract for flowlines and wellhead installations in North Kuwait, a KD 111.05 million contract for Jurassic Light Oil export facilities from Kuwait Oil Company (KOC), and major power transmission and thermal plant rehabilitation contracts with Kuwait's Ministry of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy. In addition, HEISCO has reinforced its regional joint-venture alliances with international partners such as Enppi on Saudi Aramco infrastructure projects at Abqaiq and Juaymah, supported by multi-currency banking and credit facility renewals to fund its regional expansion pipeline.
