Kits Eyecare targets individual consumers seeking affordable, high-quality vision correction with online tools like OpticianAI for digital fitting and in-house lens production for fast delivery. Founded in 2002 and headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, the company employs 162 people and trades on the TSX under KITS and OTC under KTYCF. In November 2025, Kits Eyecare established a three-year $15 million asset-based lending facility with Bank of Montreal, expandable to $20 million, while fully repaying its BDC term loan ahead of schedule to bolster liquidity for growth; announced record Black Friday week and Cyber Monday sales exceeding $5.8 million, up 22% year-over-year with glasses revenue at $1.2 million; and plans a new retail store opening in Toronto in Q1 2026 to expand its physical footprint.
