In November 2025, Kinaxis announced a new normal course issuer bid authorizing the repurchase of up to 1.4 million shares through November 2026, following $61 million in year-to-date repurchases under the prior program. The company continues to emphasize AI-driven initiatives and large enterprise expansion, achieving five consecutive quarters meeting the Rule of 40 metric for growth and profitability.
