In a strategic shift, Semperit fully exited its medical glove business in 2024, enabling 100% focus on industrial elastomer products; the company acquired the Rico Group in August 2023, enhancing SEA's liquid silicone capabilities and contributing to revenue growth; ongoing cost-saving measures since 2023 exceed EUR 18 million, supporting a 21% EBITDA increase to EUR 84.9 million and positive net profit of EUR 11.5 million in 2024 despite challenging markets; for 2025, management narrowed operating EBITDA guidance to EUR 78 million pre-project costs amid a EUR 5 million digital transformation (oneERP) investment, with medium-term targets reaffirming EUR 120 million by 2026 upon economic recovery.
