Business
MedX Health Corp (TSXV:MDX, OTCQB:MDXHF) develops, manufactures and markets medical devices and software focused on teledermatology skin cancer screening and photobiomodulation therapy for pain relief and tissue repair. Its core products include the DermSecure teledermatology platform featuring SIAscopy technology for non-invasive multispectral imaging of skin lesions to detect suspicious moles and melanoma; MoleMate and SIMSYS diagnostic systems providing five-sectional analysis of chromophores such as collagen, blood and melanin; and MedX Laser Therapy devices, which are FDA-approved Class III cold lasers and LEDs delivering low-level light energy for rehabilitation, wound healing and pain management; all supported by HL7 FHIR-enabled electronic health records interoperable across 38 territories. In recent developments, MedX launched DermSecure screening services in Newfoundland and Labrador and with Medicure Clinic in 2025, added three new Ontario locations, appointed Tarek El Hoss as Senior Vice President of Market Development and Sales and Naman Demaghlatrous to its board in mid-2025, and signed commercial distribution agreements with Vitamed Biomedical for Italy, Makromed/Arhan Global A.Ş. for Turkey and Health Partners following a successful UK pilot; the company also closed a non-brokered private placement raising approximately CAD 2 million in November 2025 and announced a proposed placement for up to CAD 2.5 million in July 2025 to support expansion.
