- Inomin Mines Inc. engages in the acquisition, exploration and evaluation of mineral properties, with its principal focus on the Beaver-Lynx polymetallic critical-minerals project in the Cariboo region of south-central British Columbia, Canada. The 28,000-hectare Beaver-Lynx project comprises the Beaver and Lynx property areas and is prospective for nickel, magnesium, cobalt, chromium and platinum-group metals; the Company conducts geological mapping, geochemical and geophysical surveys, target generation, diamond drilling and related mineral-exploration activities to assess and advance these mineralized zones. Beaver-Lynx benefits from proximity to hydroelectric power, all-season road access, rail haulage and an established regional mining workforce. Inomin targets critical-minerals opportunities and, historically, gold-silver exploration assets; it previously held the La Gitana and Peña Blanca gold-silver properties in Oaxaca, Mexico through Minera Rio Dorado, S.A. de C.V. Inomin Mines was incorporated in 2012, was formerly known as Inovent Capital Inc., and is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Recent developments include an April 2025 definitive earn-in and joint-venture agreement with Sumitomo Metal Mining Canada Ltd., under which Sumitomo may earn up to an 80% interest in Beaver-Lynx, subject to exploration expenditures and other conditions; shareholder approval was received in July 2025. In July 2025, Inomin completed a private placement raising gross proceeds of C$229,775. In 2026, Sumitomo-funded exploration commenced on Beaver-Lynx through an approximately C$2.3 million program, the project’s largest single exploration investment to date, including approximately 4,100 metres of drilling and the first drilling campaign on the Lynx block’s Onuki zone; Inomin completed that drilling and exploration program in September 2026.
