In November 2024, the company acquired Explomin Perforaciones, a leading Peruvian specialty drilling contractor, for up to US$85 million, adding 92 rigs, enhanced underground capabilities, and expanded exposure to copper markets in Peru, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, and Spain; more recently, in October 2025, it commenced a normal course issuer bid approved by the Toronto Stock Exchange.
