In October 2025, Matchpoint Ventures completed its initial public offering of 17,000,000 common shares at CAD0.10 per share for gross proceeds of CAD1.7 million, following which 37,000,000 common shares were issued and outstanding and its shares commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange. In connection with the offering, the Company granted 2,500,000 stock options to directors, officers and a consultant and issued agent options to Independent Trading Group (ITG), Inc.
