(NYSE: MSGE), formed in 2020 and headquartered at Two Pennsylvania Plaza in New York, NY, is a leading live entertainment company that owns and operates premier venues including New York’s Madison Square Garden, The Theater at Madison Square Garden, Radio City Music Hall, Beacon Theatre, and The Chicago Theatre; produces and presents the Christmas Spectacular Starring the Radio City Rockettes, an annual holiday tradition for over 90 years; and hosts diverse events such as concerts, family shows, performing arts, special events, and sporting events for millions of guests annually. The company generates revenue primarily through ticket sales, premium hospitality offerings including suites, sponsorships, food and beverage services, and event production across its U.S.-based operations concentrated in New York and Chicago. In recent developments, MSG Entertainment brought sponsorship sales in-house after ending its partnership with Oak View Group, announced new marketing partnerships with Lenovo, Motorola, and Verizon, repurchased approximately $205 million of its Class A shares since the 2023 spin-off from Sphere Entertainment Co., and reported record concert bookings at Madison Square Garden alongside strong advance sales for the Christmas Spectacular in fiscal 2025.
