The group conducts its primary operations through core operating subsidiaries, including Emico Penang Sdn. Bhd., Emico Development Sdn. Bhd., NEB Development Berhad, and Mercu Tanah Langkawi Sdn. Bhd. In recent strategic developments, Emico Holdings has advanced operational modernization and capacity reinstatement programs across its manufacturing facilities, scaled its higher-margin contract manufacturing capabilities to serve specialized industrial engineering customers, and executed monetization strategies for its existing land bank through phased residential rollouts and potential joint development ventures, while investing in factory automation and sustainable production practices to strengthen its international supply chain competitiveness.
