The company serves industries including oil and gas exploration and production, petrochemicals, aviation, and transportation infrastructure, targeting clients in energy, aviation, and marine sectors through subsidiaries like ITS Konsortium Sdn Bhd and associates such as Favco and Master-Pack Group Bhd. In March 2025, Muhibbah increased its stake in Master-Pack Group Bhd, a producer of corrugated cartons and wooden packaging operating in Malaysia and Vietnam, to 31% through open market acquisitions totaling RM62.25 million, establishing it as an associate and expanding recurring income via equity accounting and dividends. Additionally, associate SCA secured 15-year operating rights for Cambodia's Techo International Airport with USD140 million compensation, while Favco obtained crane orders for Saudi Arabia's Jeddah Tower project.
