- PeterLabs Holdings Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company engaged in the manufacturing, formulation, distribution, and international trading of animal health and nutrition solutions. Incorporated in 2010 and listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia, the company is headquartered in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia, and conducts its principal operations through key subsidiaries, including PeterLabs Sdn. Bhd. and Osmosis Nutrition Sdn. Bhd. The group serves commercial livestock producers, poultry and swine farms, ruminant operations, aquaculture enterprises, and companion animal sectors across domestic Malaysian markets and export destinations throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
The company operates through two core business divisions, Manufacturing and Trading, alongside its corporate investment holding activities. Its comprehensive product and service portfolio comprises: specialty animal nutrition products, including nutritional premixes, compound feed supplements, water-soluble vitamin and mineral supplements, and high-energy spray-dried granular fats produced under its proprietary OsmoFAT brand; veterinary pharmaceuticals and biologicals, including antibiotics, antimicrobials, anthelmintics, anti-inflammatory medications, vaccines, and therapeutic injectable solutions; biosecurity and environmental hygiene solutions, including agricultural disinfectants, water sanitizers, and farm maintenance chemicals; functional feed additives, including feed enzymes, acidifiers, mold inhibitors, toxin binders, and gut health enhancers; and value-added technical services, including laboratory testing, customized feed formulation, raw material quality analysis, and on-farm nutritional consulting.
In recent corporate developments, PeterLabs Holdings Berhad completed a major strategic restructuring by divesting its 59.99% equity interest in Thye On Tong Trading Sdn. Bhd. in May 2026 for RM6.90 million, following a comprehensive settlement agreement executed in late 2025. This transaction marked the group's full exit from the non-core Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) distribution sector, enabling the company to refocus capital and operational resources on its primary animal health and nutrition capabilities. Concurrently, the group streamlined its physical asset footprint through the disposal of non-core commercial property by subsidiary Osmosis Nutrition Sdn. Bhd., directing resources toward the enhancement of its Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)-compliant manufacturing facilities in Nilai. Additionally, the company established a share buy-back program allowing the repurchase of up to 10% of its issued share capital and advanced research and development collaborations with academic institutions, including XMU Jiageng Education Development, to innovate novel feed additives and specialized bio-nutritional solutions.
