Bhd. and Volcano Tec (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Recent developments include substantial shareholder Mr. Andrew Su Meng Kit increasing his direct interest to 17,540,000 shares or 9.657% through open market acquisitions in July 2025; Managing Director Datuk Ch'ng Huat Seng acquiring additional shares in November 2025; and plans to invest over RM100mil over two to three years to expand and upgrade operations in Malaysia and Thailand.
