- New Century Logistics (BVI) Limited is a holding company that, through its subsidiaries including New Century Logistics Company Limited, GLF Cargo Services Limited and Win-Tec Transportation Company Limited, provides integrated freight forwarding and logistics services principally in Hong Kong. The company offers air freight forwarding services such as cargo space sales, cargo pick up, off-airport air cargo security screening, palletization, preparation of shipping documentation, customs clearance arrangements and port cargo handling; ocean freight forwarding services encompassing similar export and import processes; warehousing and distribution services; project cargo transportation with customized solutions; and ancillary services including X-ray screening and gate charges, supporting routes to over 140 countries with a focus on Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the United States. Founded in 2002 and headquartered at Office A-E, 33/F, King Palace Plaza, 55 King Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong, it serves blue-chip clientele and maintains long-standing relationships with major customers in China amid infrastructure growth in Hong Kong and Mainland China. In December 2024, the company completed its initial public offering on NASDAQ under the ticker NCEW, raising $6.0 million through the sale of 1.5 million shares priced at $4.00. In June 2025, New Century Logistics announced a proposed acquisition of 51% equity in Asiatic Logistics Limited following a July 2023 strategic cooperation framework agreement, aiming to enhance its Asian market presence, integrate global-regional logistics networks, establish Japan as a key hub and create seamless Asia-Europe-Middle East corridors through shared resources and operational synergies.
