Business
Hi-View Resources Inc. (CSE: HVW) is a mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties primarily in Canada, targeting gold, silver, and copper deposits. The company holds a 100% interest through its subsidiary in the Babine copper-gold property in British Columbia, as well as the flagship Golden Stranger project (2,669 hectares); Lawyers East, West, South claims; BEN claim; and other interests in the prolific Toodoggone district of northern British Columbia, collectively covering over 9,749 hectares with additional optioned properties such as Saunders, Nub and Borealis expanding the portfolio to approximately 10,832 hectares; it also explores epithermal vein systems, porphyry Cu-Au, skarn, and carbonate-hosted mineralization at projects including Black Pearl (historic grabs up to 100 g/t Au, 68.4 g/t Ag), Oxide Summit (up to 30 g/t Ag, 1.9% Zn), Garnet porphyry (0.42% Cu), and Ursus skarn (2.11% Cu, 106 g/t Ag). Founded in 2021 and headquartered at Suite 170, 422 Richards Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, Hi-View operates in the non-energy minerals sector with exploration activities centered in British Columbia's Toodoggone region near advanced projects by Thesis Gold, TDG Gold, and Sun Summit. Recent developments include a May 2025 8-old-for-1-new share consolidation to attract financing for drilling less than 1% of its Toodoggone land package; an August 2025 option agreement to acquire 1,912 hectares across Black Pearl, Oxide Summit, Garnet, and Ursus projects in Toodoggone for cash payments totaling $450,000, share issuances valued at $200,000, and a 2.5% NSR (with 1% buydown option); completion of the Borealis project acquisition doubling its Toodoggone footprint; a September 2025 induced polarization survey at Golden Stranger to identify porphyry targets; closure of a $325,600 non-brokered private placement; announcement of a major copper discovery at Golden Stranger; and appointment of technical advisors including mining veteran Bob Schafer and geologist Marilyne Lacasse.
