Business
National Energy Services Reunited Corp. (NESR) provides integrated oilfield services to upstream oil and gas customers across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) and Asia Pacific regions; the Production Services segment offers hydraulic fracturing, coiled tubing including nitrogen lifting, fishing, milling, clean-out, scale removal and other well intervention applications, stimulation and pumping, primary and remedial cementing, nitrogen services, filtration, frac tanks, pumping units, pipeline and industrial services such as water filling, hydro testing, nitrogen purging, de-gassing and pressure testing, cutting/welding, cooling down piping/vessels systems, production assurance chemicals, integrated production management projects, artificial lift, surface and subsurface safety systems, high-pressure packer systems, flow controls, service tools, expandable liner technology, vacuum insulated tubing for steam applications, engineering, manufacturing capacity, testing facilities, water sourcing and treatment for oil and gas, municipal and industrial use; the Drilling and Evaluation Services segment provides drilling downhole tools, directional drilling, fishing tools, well testing, wireline logging, slickline, drilling and completion fluids, drilling and workover rigs, turbines drilling. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Houston, Texas, NESR employs over 6,000 personnel from more than 60 nationalities and operates in over 16 countries across all major oil and gas basins in MENA including Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Libya, the United Arab Emirates and others as well as select Asia Pacific markets; the company became the first national energy services provider from MENA to list on NASDAQ. Recent developments include securing multiple production services contracts exceeding $100 million in Algeria and Libya in August 2025 covering coiled tubing, nitrogen and pumping, cementing and hydraulic fracturing over three- to five-year terms, completing a milestone of 644 fracturing stages in one month including a record 32 stages in 24 hours with Saudi Aramco while achieving zero safety incidents, and winning a multi-billion dollar five-year contract from Saudi Aramco in October 2025 for completion services in the Jafurah unconventional gas basin and other fields supporting Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 diversification goals.
