- Nordique Critical Metals Inc. is a Canadian junior mining exploration and development company focused on the acquisition, exploration and advancement of lithium and rare-earth-element properties in Québec, Canada. The Company’s principal assets comprise approximately 22,600 hectares in the southern Abitibi Greenstone Belt, including the Vallée Lithium project; the East Vallée project; the Preissac–La Corne lithium portfolio; the Baillargé Lithium-Molybdenite project; and the La Motte, Duval and Vassan project areas, located principally near Val-d’Or. Its exploration activities target spodumene-bearing pegmatites and associated lithium mineralization, as well as molybdenum, tantalum, beryllium and other critical minerals. The Company also holds an option, subject to conditions, to earn an undivided interest of up to 80% in the Kwyjibo Rare Earth Project, located approximately 125 kilometres northeast of Sept-Îles in Québec’s Côte-Nord region. Nordique Critical Metals’ services and operations consist of mineral-property acquisition; geological mapping and prospecting; soil, rock and channel sampling; trenching and stripping; diamond drilling; mineral-resource delineation; metallurgical and economic studies; environmental and permitting work; and project-development activities. The Vallée project is operated through a joint venture arrangement with North American Lithium Inc., an indirectly majority-owned subsidiary of Sayona Mining Limited, under which North American Lithium earned a 25% interest and Nordique retains a 75% interest in the applicable joint-venture claims. The Company is an exploration-stage issuer and has not established commercially recoverable mineral reserves. Formerly known as Consolidated Lithium Metals Inc., the Company changed its name to Nordique Critical Metals Inc., relocated its headquarters to Montréal, Québec, and adopted the TSX Venture Exchange trading symbol NQC in 2026, reflecting its strategic expansion from lithium-focused exploration to a broader critical-minerals platform. During 2025, the Company entered into a definitive agreement with SOQUEM Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Investissement Québec, to obtain the Kwyjibo option and become project operator; the arrangement contemplates cash and share consideration, project expenditures, Indigenous engagement, metallurgical and environmental work, drilling and feasibility-study activities to support the potential earn-in. In 2026, Nordique filed a National Instrument 43-101 preliminary economic assessment technical report and a related financial plan for Kwyjibo with the TSX Venture Exchange, with the exchange review continuing as of September 2026. Nordique Critical Metals Inc. was incorporated in 1970 and is headquartered at 1000 rue De La Gauchetière Ouest, Suite MZ400, Montréal, Québec, Canada; its common shares trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under NQC, on the OTCQB Venture Market under JORFF, and on the Frankfurt and Stuttgart stock exchanges under Z36.
