Founded in 1951 by Dr. Datla Venkata Krishnam Raju as International Franchises Private Limited (formerly DIL Ltd.), Fermenta Biotech maintains a non-China dependent supply chain for Vitamin D3 and holds strategic investments in associates focused on bulk drugs, sporting, and health awareness activities, alongside a real estate leasing business for ITES properties in Thane.
