Established in 1994 and headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, with registered office at Survey No. 198/1 & 203/2, Saijpur-Gopalpur, Pirana Road, Piplej, the company operates a production capacity of 110 million meters per annum and exports to over 15 countries including Colombia, Peru, Chile, Morocco, Egypt, Turkey, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Korea, Thailand, Kenya and Guatemala. Recent developments include a board meeting scheduled for November 13, 2025 to consider financial results, statutory auditor change from J.T. Shah & Co. to Nahta Jain and Associates in June 2024 subject to shareholder ratification, company secretary transitions with Rinku Patel appointed in November 2023, bulk share transactions by promoters in September 2024, and sustained focus on sustainability initiatives such as effluent treatment plants, reverse osmosis, solar panels, caustic recovery and water reuse amid robust FY2024 financial performance with revenue of INR 2,010 crore and profit after tax of INR 45 crore.
