Recent developments include the launch of Nibe Space division for satellite technology, unveiling of a state-of-the-art missiles and small arms complex in Pune, entry into a consortium with an Indian company in August 2024, mega project status approval for manufacturing facilities at MIDC Shirdi in September 2024, a licensing agreement with Director DIPAS in February 2024, acquisition of 5% stake in Anshuni Commercials in January 2024, multiple purchase orders exceeding Rs 200 crore from leading infra and defence firms in 2024-2025, and serving as knowledge partner for MSME Defence Maharashtra Expo 2024.
