Incorporated in 1990 and headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, following a shift from its prior Silvassa base in November 2024, Shekhawati Industries operates through a network of dealers and distributors across key Indian textile markets including Mumbai, Surat, Bhiwandi, Ludhiana, Coimbatore, and others; it historically exported to countries such as Argentina, Brazil, Israel, and Turkey. In a major strategic shift during fiscal 2024-25, the company amended its object clause in July 2024 to enter real estate and construction, changed its name from Shekhawati Poly-Yarn Ltd on July 23, 2024, consolidated its equity shares from Re. 1 to Rs. 10 face value, and commenced construction on a newly acquired land parcel in Khandala, Maharashtra, with expectations of revenue contribution in the upcoming fiscal year; it acquired additional land in Khandala on August 26, 2025 for villa project expansion.
