Incorporated in 2010 and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, India, Tembo Global operates primarily in India with exports to the USA, Middle East and other international markets; it holds a 75% stake in subsidiary Tembo Defence Products Private Limited, which manufactures small arms, armoured vehicles and defence systems, and has established Tembo Global Solar Power Private Limited. Recent developments include securing a ₹107.05 crore order from Adani Enterprises Limited and group companies in November 2025 for engineering mechanics, design, supply and project execution across multiple sectors; raising its stake in Tembo Defence Products to 75% through a ₹126.71 crore equity investment in November 2025; allotting preferential shares worth ₹79.69 crore and ₹11.78 crore in late November 2025; winning a $12.44 million order in August 2025; entering the solar MEP segment and incorporating a solar power unit in 2024; expanding manufacturing capacity to 105,000 mtpa in FY25; and establishing a regional headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
