A subsidiary of VP Auslandsbeteiligungen GmbH within the Voith Group of Germany, it holds certifications including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, and remains the only Indian manufacturer supplying the full range of machine clothing to paper producers. Recent developments include the appointment of Martin Bassmann as Chairman effective October 2024 replacing Benno Edmund Morlock, the appointment of Ram Sewak Sharma as Independent Director effective March 2025 replacing Surinder Kumar Nagpal, installation of a solar photovoltaic power plant generating approximately 3,334 MWh annually to cover 54% of energy needs and reduce CO2 emissions by 2,734 tons per year, record revenue of INR 1,902.27 million and profit before tax of INR 537.26 million for the year ended March 31, 2025, and a proposed dividend of INR 10 per share.
