Northstar's strategy centers on advancing these properties to delineate a minimum +1 million ounce gold equivalent resource base capable of supporting supplemental feed to nearby operations or stand-alone development, with ongoing exploration including geophysical surveys, stripping, sampling and diamond drilling exceeding 10,000 metres on Miller since its 2020 listing. Founded in 2008 and headquartered at 17 Wellington Street North in New Liskeard, Ontario, the company targets bulk-tonnage gold and high-grade copper opportunities in a prolific mining district. In 2025, Northstar advanced its Cam Copper Project through a series of strategic initiatives, including a July letter of intent, October definitive Surgical Mining Services Agreement and strategic financing with Novamera Inc. for precision extraction of up to 120,000 tonnes of high-grade copper mineralization using robotic drilling and real-time imaging; a November Master Project Agreement with DIGITAL – Canada’s Global Innovation Cluster, Novamera and Micon International providing partial funding and validation for the low-impact pilot over 31 months; and completion of a diamond drill program confirming new copper-gold discoveries such as a 15.76-metre zone and over 500 metres of conductive stratiform sulphide-gold horizons at Miller.
