In June 2021, the company changed its name from Outcrop Gold Corp. to Outcrop Silver & Gold Corporation to reflect its expanded silver focus; recent developments include optioning the Kramer Hills project in June 2025 to Silver Mines Limited (ASX:SVL) for up to an 80% interest through US$6 million in cash and shares plus a free-carried feasibility study; closing a $23 million public offering in October 2025 led by Jupiter Asset Management and Eric Sprott with full exercise of the over-allotment option; securing conditional approval and graduating to the TSX from TSX Venture Exchange in November 2025; completing a $5 million private placement with Eric Sprott in late 2024; and ongoing expansion drilling at Santa Ana with high-grade intercepts such as 2.35 metres of 3,092 g/t silver at Guadual in September 2025 and extensions along the Aguilar and Los Mangos veins.
