Recent developments include a three-year contract renewal in October 2025 valued at $42 million to $45 million with a major Fortune 100 retailer widely identified as The Home Depot, covering LED lighting and maintenance across approximately 2,050 locations; new contracts announced in late October 2025 totaling over $4.7 million for LED lighting and electrical upgrades at enterprise facilities; expansion of its Voltrek EV division to a third U.S. region in September 2025 under new leadership to capitalize on $5 billion in federal funding; and a strategic partnership with an energy management provider expected to generate $2 million to $5 million in annual lighting revenue. Orion continues to prioritize sustainability, reducing customer energy consumption and carbon emissions through its integrated solutions while pursuing growth in EV infrastructure and diversified enterprise projects.
