Business
One Stop Systems, Inc. (OSS) designs, manufactures, and markets rugged high-performance compute solutions, including servers, compute accelerators, expansion systems, flash storage arrays, and Ion Accelerator software for storage area networks, network-attached storage, and data recording; these products support artificial intelligence, machine learning, sensor processing, sensor fusion, and autonomy applications in defense, oil and gas, mining, autonomous vehicles, commercial aerospace, and rugged entertainment sectors. The company operates through its OSS segment, which produces customized high-performance computers and storage systems, and its Bressner Technology subsidiary in Germany, which provides system integration for industrial environments including in-flight entertainment and connectivity. Founded in 1998 and headquartered in Escondido, California, OSS serves multinational companies, government agencies, military contractors, and technology providers primarily in the United States and internationally through direct sales, resellers, and distributors. In recent developments, OSS completed a $12.5 million registered direct offering of common stock in October 2025 to fund growth strategies, sales expansion, and potential mergers and acquisitions; reported third-quarter 2025 consolidated revenue of $18.8 million, up 37% year-over-year, with raised full-year guidance to $63-$65 million; and secured production orders for 2,000 lighting control units and 63 column integration controllers qualified for commercial aerospace integration.
