In recent major changes, XLMedia sold its European and Canadian media assets to Gambling.com Group for $42 million in March 2024; divested its North American business to Sportradar AG for $30 million (including $20 million upfront and $10 million performance incentive) in November 2024; initiated a restructuring process exploring the sale of its personal finance division; announced a £16 million tender offer to shareholders in early 2025 as part of winding down operations; and canceled its AIM listing effective 18 June 2025, transitioning to a liquidation process to realize remaining assets and settle liabilities.
