In recent developments, the company completed the acquisition of an 11-facility skilled nursing portfolio in Tennessee in December 2024, adding 1,310 beds with one additional facility pending in Q1 2025, and acquired a 160-bed skilled nursing facility in Las Vegas, Nevada, contributing to a total of 38 facilities and 4,700 beds added since October 2024; it also amended its $600 million revolving credit facility in late 2025 to maintain $100 million drawn and approximately $500 million in available liquidity to fuel further growth.
