- Palisades Goldcorp Ltd. is a resource investment company and merchant bank focused on investing in junior and micro-cap companies in the resource and mining sector, with equity, warrant, and royalty positions across gold, silver, copper, lithium, critical metals, and uranium. Founded in 2019 and headquartered in North Vancouver, British Columbia, the company seeks pre-IPO and early-stage opportunities in undervalued resource businesses and holds a diversified portfolio of securities, derivatives, and royalties, including interests in New Found Gold Corp., Sonoro Gold Corp., Nevada King Gold Corp., and other exploration and development issuers. Through its operating platforms and investment holdings, Palisades also advances district-scale exploration assets in Nevada and Ontario via subsidiaries and controlled vehicles including Made in America Gold Corp. and Radio Fuels Resources, while also operating Palisades Gold Radio as a media and investor-branding platform.
The company’s core products and services consist of capital provision to resource issuers through private placements, strategic equity and warrant investments, royalty generation and retention, portfolio construction, and active financing support for junior mining companies. Its portfolio includes minority and majority stakes, warrant positions, and net smelter return royalties on select projects, alongside 100% ownership of Radio Fuels Resources and majority ownership of Made in America Gold Corp., which together extend Palisades’ exposure to gold, uranium, and rare earth exploration. In its Nevada-focused platform, Made in America Gold Corp. controls a large portfolio of district-scale gold projects targeting Carlin-type mineralization across the Battle Mountain-Eureka trend, including South Cortez and South Tonkin, and Palisades says the combined platform now controls roughly 800 km² of prospective ground.
Recent strategic changes have included the February 2026 closing of Made in America Gold Corp.’s acquisition of Undercover Gold Inc., adding 73 km² of ground in Nevada near the Fourmile and Goldrush deposits, and the December 2025 settlement of a secured convertible note into common shares. In April 2026, Palisades entered into a Bank of Montreal loan facility of up to C$40 million and separately completed conversion of another note into common shares, and in July and August 2026 it expanded board oversight with the appointments of Colonel Douglas Macgregor and William “Bill” Hayden to the board of directors. Earlier in 2025, the company completed a court-approved return of capital transaction and resumed trading, reflecting a significant capital-structure reorganization and shareholder-distribution action.
