PT Putra Mandiri Jembar Tbk is an Indonesia-based holding company primarily engaged in automotive dealership, sales, and related services through its subsidiaries. The company operates as the official dealer for Mitsubishi and Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles; Nissan and Datsun brands; vehicle rental services via PT Global Pahala Rental; automotive e-commerce through Mobilku.com under PT Mobilku Dotcom Sejahtera; spare parts supply via PT Suku Cadang Oto Sejahtera, a joint venture with Mitsubishi Corporation established in 2020; used vehicle sales through PT Mokas Otomotif Sejahtera, also launched in 2020; body repair, maintenance services, and aftermarket parts; across segments including vehicle sales, spare parts, maintenance services, vehicle lease, body repair, and others. It maintains 46 Mitsubishi showrooms, one Mercedes-Benz showroom, and two Nissan/Datsun showrooms in 32 cities across 11 provinces in Indonesia. Founded in 2003 and headquartered at Dipo Tower in Central Jakarta, Indonesia, the company traces its origins to automotive dealership operations started in the 1960s and operates as a subsidiary of PT Pahalamas Sejahtera. It serves both retail and B2B customers, including corporate vehicle rental clients, with approximately 2,221 employees. The company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 under ticker PMJS.JK. Recent developments include the release of unaudited consolidated interim financial statements as of September 30, 2024, submitted to the Indonesia Stock Exchange on October 25, 2024; scheduling of an extraordinary shareholders' meeting for March 18, 2025, and an annual general meeting for June 23, 2025; and ongoing operations amid Indonesia's push for electric vehicle imports under Presidential Regulation No. 79 of 2023, which provides incentives for completely built-up (CBU) electric vehicles tied to local production commitments.
