RASLAG Corp. is a Philippines-based renewable energy developer and independent power producer specializing in the development, financing, construction, operation, and maintenance of utility-scale solar photovoltaic power generation assets. Founded in 2013 and headquartered in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga, Philippines, the company delivers clean electricity to the Luzon power grid and serves regional distribution utilities, electric cooperatives, and wholesale power markets. The company operates across the renewable energy generation and infrastructure development sectors, offering core products and services that include: utility-scale solar photovoltaic electricity generation from operational solar farms, including the RASLAG-1 (10.04 MW), RASLAG-2 (13.14 MW), RASLAG-3 (18.01 MW), and RASLAG-4 (35.16 MW) power plants; wholesale electricity supply and power delivery under the Philippine Feed-in-Tariff (FIT) scheme and through the Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM); bilateral power supply contracts and retail electricity supply solutions for distribution utilities and contestable industrial customers; full-lifecycle project engineering, procurement, and construction management (EPCM) for solar generation facilities; in-house plant operations, asset optimization, and preventive maintenance (O&M) services; and dedicated high-voltage substation and grid-interconnection infrastructure linking renewable generation assets directly to the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) transmission network. In recent developments, RASLAG Corp. has significantly expanded its operational footprint and project pipeline in Central Luzon. The company successfully completed and commenced commercial operations for its 35.16-megawatt RASLAG-4 solar power plant in Magalang, Pampanga, more than doubling its consolidated power generation capacity. In parallel, the company has advanced development, site acquisitions, and pre-construction engineering for its next-generation solar installations, including the planned 60-megawatt RASLAG-5 and 60-megawatt RASLAG-6 projects. To support its capital expenditure program and ongoing renewable energy build-out, RASLAG Corp. has secured substantial term loan and credit financing facilities from domestic commercial banking partners while actively initiating strategic feasibility and engineering plans to incorporate battery energy storage systems (BESS) and complementary clean energy assets into its core generation portfolio.
