In recent developments, Persimmon Plc completed the acquisition of Warwickshire-based Lone Star Limited in 2025 to bolster its strategic land platform, adding expertise in securing medium- to large-scale sites and expanding its planning promotion capabilities; it sold its non-core FibreNest broadband business for £100 million to redirect proceeds into land investments and outlet expansion; and continues selective land acquisitions, adding over 5,700 plots in early 2025 while targeting 11,000-11,500 home completions for the year with operating margins of 14.2%-14.5%.
