In recent developments, Service Industries Limited has expanded its industrial scale through Service Long March Tyres (Private) Limited, a strategic joint venture with China-based Chaoyang Long March Tyre Co., Ltd., inaugurating and scaling commercial production at Pakistan's first all-steel radial truck and bus tyre manufacturing facility in Nooriabad, Sindh to target domestic fleet demand and global export markets. Furthermore, the company spun off and listed its export footwear business under Service Global Footwear Limited (SGFL) on the Pakistan Stock Exchange, accelerated capital investments into captive on-site solar power generation across its manufacturing plants in Gujrat and Muridke to mitigate rising energy costs, and broadened its product portfolio with newly launched high-performance tubeless motorcycle tyres and specialized commercial radial lines.
