Business
Saritow Spinning Mills Limited is a Pakistan-based company, operating as part of the Saigol Group, primarily engaged in the manufacture and sale of textile yarn as well as the commercial leasing and management of industrial warehousing assets. The company's manufacturing product portfolio has historically comprised pure cotton yarns; polyester-cotton blended yarns; synthetic yarns; carded yarns; combed yarns; slub yarns; core-spun lycra stretch yarns; and siro spun yarns, produced across fine, medium, and coarse yarn counts ranging from 16/s to 80/s for domestic weaving, knitting, and fabric manufacturing markets. In addition to its yarn lines, the company provides industrial space leasing; logistics storage; and commercial real estate warehousing services. Founded on March 10, 1987, Saritow Spinning Mills Limited is headquartered in Lahore, Pakistan, with its principal property assets situated in Phool Nagar, District Kasur, Punjab. In response to sustained operational challenges and financial losses in the spinning sector, the company initiated a major strategic reorganization in late 2025 by permanently terminating its textile spinning operations. Under this restructuring program, the company approved the sale and disposal of its complete spinning plant, machinery, and auxiliary factory equipment valued at approximately PKR 411.93 million, while reallocating capital to settle outstanding liabilities and repurpose its manufacturing buildings and residential colonies into commercial warehousing facilities to establish a stable rental income base.
