- WisdomTree U.S. High Yield Corporate Bond Fund (QHY) is an exchange-traded fund that seeks to track the performance, before fees and expenses, of the WisdomTree U.S. High Yield Corporate Bond Index, a rules-based, alternatively weighted benchmark comprising select U.S. non-investment grade corporate bonds issued by public companies domiciled in the United States; eligible securities feature fixed coupons, at least $500 million par amount outstanding, remaining maturity of one year or more, and non-investment grade ratings from at least one agency, with selection emphasizing issuers exhibiting favorable fundamentals and attractive income characteristics across sectors including media, energy, healthcare, leisure, financials, industrials, consumer goods, real estate, technology, and others. The fund provides targeted exposure to the high yield corporate bond market as a complement or alternative to traditional market-cap weighted or actively managed strategies, offering a weighted average coupon of 5.83%, average years to maturity of 5.60 years, effective duration of 3.32 years, and average yield to maturity of 6.48% as of July 2025, with total assets under management of approximately $199 million. Launched in April 2016 and headquartered with its sponsor WisdomTree Investments in New York, the fund changed its ticker symbol from WFHY to QHY in July 2024 without altering its name, objective, or strategy, and underwent a significant rebalance in November 2024 that enhanced performance relative to its prior configuration.
