Qube Holdings Limited is Australia's largest provider of integrated import and export logistics services, operating through two core divisions: the Operating Division, comprising Qube Logistics and Infrastructure and Qube Ports and Bulk, and a 50% interest in Patrick Terminals, the country's leading container terminal operator. The company offers a broad range of services including containerized and non-containerized cargo handling, road and rail transport, warehousing and distribution, container parks, intermodal logistics hubs, international freight forwarding, automotive and break-bulk terminals, multi-user grain storage and handling facilities, bulk material handling, stockpile management, bulk ship loading, and container stevedoring at major Australian ports; it also provides port solutions through subsidiaries such as Australian Amalgamated Terminals, P&O Automotive and General Stevedoring, Northern Stevedoring Services, and PrixCar, as well as rail freight services in regional New South Wales, Victoria, Melbourne-Adelaide, and contracts for products like BlueScope steel. Qube conducts operations across more than 200 locations in Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia, employing around 10,000 people and serving industries such as automotive, grains, bulk commodities, and general cargo with a market capitalization of $7.6 billion as of June 30, 2025. Founded in 2006 through the KFM Diversified Infrastructure & Logistics Fund and headquartered at 45 Clarence Street, Level 27, Sydney, New South Wales, the company, formerly known as Qube Logistics Holdings Limited until its name change in November 2012, has pursued strategic growth including the May 2023 acquisition of Kalari Proprietary Limited and a 50% stake in Pinnacle from Swire Investments, followed by the remaining 50% of Pinnacle, Stevenson Logistics, and Agri Rail Terminal in November 2023; a May 2024 agreement to acquire Melbourne International RoRo & Automotive Terminal for A$332.5 million; the September 2021 acquisition of Newcastle Agri Terminal; the opening of a new 9,150 sqm bulk warehouse in Newcastle in May 2024; a November 2025 process deed with MAM following an indicative proposal; and an August 2025 chair succession.
