Core products and services include the Dirac-3 entropy quantum computer, a full-stack system with Qatalyst user interface software for quantum optimization; EmuCore reservoir computing platform; Neurawave photonic machine learning hardware; uQRNG uniform quantum random number generator; Entanglement Source for broadband telecom C-band photons; Frequency Converter for quantum optical processing; Quantum Photonic Vibrometer for remote vibration detection; thin-film lithium niobate (TFLN) foundry services in Tempe, Arizona, producing electro-optic modulators, periodically poled structures, and photonic integrated circuits; as well as R&D offerings in quantum cybersecurity, lidar imaging through obscurants, and single-photon remote sensing. The company operates a quantum photonic chip foundry nearing final commissioning for Q1 2026 operations and maintains expertise in quantum physics, nanofabrication, and algorithm development. Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Hoboken, New Jersey, with initial operations in Leesburg, Virginia, Quantum Computing Inc. recently completed a $500 million oversubscribed private placement in September 2025, bringing total gross proceeds since November 2024 to approximately $900 million to fund commercialization, acquisitions, and manufacturing expansion; announced a $750 million oversubscribed private placement; launched the Dirac-3 platform and Neurawave hardware; secured NASA contracts including a prime award from Goddard Space Flight Center and a fourth project via Analytical Mechanics Associates; established collaborations with Sanders Tri-Institutional Therapeutics Discovery Institute for Dirac-3 biomedicine research, extended its agreement with Los Alamos National Laboratory, and partnered with entities like EMOTIV and Purple Point Neurodiagnostics for brain health monitoring; appointed Dr. Javad Shabani to its board of directors; and progressed TFLN photonic initiatives including discussions with Poet Technologies for high-speed transceivers.
