In 2024, Rubis completed the sale of its 55% stake in Rubis Terminal to I Squared Capital as part of its strategic shift to focus more on energy distribution and renewable energy. Recent major changes include the disposal of the Rubis Terminal stake finalized in October 2024, marking a significant operational change.
