RemeGen operates through integrated platforms for antibodies/fusion proteins, ADCs and multispecific antibodies, targeting unmet needs in China and international markets. In 2025, RemeGen licensed telitacicept ex-Greater China to Vor Biopharma for up to $4.23 billion including a $45 million upfront and $80 million warrants; entered an exclusive license with Santen for RC28-E in Greater China and Asia; reported positive Phase III data for telitacicept in Sjögren's syndrome and myasthenia gravis; secured FDA clearance for RC148 Phase II trials; and presented disitamab vedotin breakthroughs at ESMO and ASCO for urothelial and gastric cancers.
